Software & Support Verlag GmbH takes the protection of customer data very seriously. As a privately owned company, we are subject to the regulations of the German Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz, BDSG) and the Media Services Treaty (Mediendienstestaatsvertrag, MdStV).

Individual-related data

Generally you may use our online offers without disclosing your identity. If you want to register for one of our personalized services (for example, entwickler-forum.de or a newsletter), or if you want to order a product or subscribe to a magazine, we request for your name and personal data such as address, postal address or phone number. S&S Media uses this data only within the company for product orders or subscriptions and does not pass it on to third parties.

Cookies

Cookies are used in different parts of our websites for the administration of online visits, i.e. for completing an online registration form or during the use of the Entwickler-Forum. In such cases a cookie helps to define the expiration of a certain time frame and if the user needs to register again.
